Business Partner Insight (Network Health) Analyst - Fixed Term Contract, Amazon Logistics

We are seeking an Insight Analyst to join the EU Last Mile DSP Network Health Team. The role requires close collaboration with senior leaders and key partner organizations to ensure success. The analyst will develop, execute, and report insights for Network Health (NH) and the DSP program, working with legal, account managers, operations, tech, and other internal teams to refine models for understanding our DSP partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Own reporting for strategic roadmaps, working with business leaders to drive expansion and optimization of DSP units.
2. Develop and maintain performance dashboards with key metrics for senior leadership review; synthesize large data sets to support organizational initiatives.
3. Onboard data to our data warehouse by building automated pipelines using Python in Lambda or Sagemaker to invoke API calls.
4. Apply statistical techniques for strategic analysis; generate actionable insights and communicate recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
5. Innovate data analysis methods to identify trends and gaps in our services to DSPs.
6. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build and automate tools that enhance reporting and analysis quality.
7. Coordinate with global teams to align on reporting needs, and manage data pipelines.
8. Create SOPs and lead process improvements.
9. Ensure project timelines are met, resources are allocated appropriately, and project priorities are transparent to leadership.
About the Team
The Network Health team is part of the EU DSP organization, focusing on assessing and improving the health of our network partners and fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
Minimum Requirements
* Experience programming to extract, transform, and clean large data sets (multi-TB).
* Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., Python) and SQL.
* Experience with AWS technologies.
* Data visualization skills using Quicksight or similar tools.
* Ability to translate data insights into business strategies and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Knowledge of experimental design and statistical analysis.
* Stakeholder management experience.
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments.
* Bachelor’s degree.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience analyzing and presenting results to senior leadership.
* AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
