Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in music, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and a love for music in students. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to a diverse range of student abilities and learning styles. Provide regular feedback and assessments to support student development and achievement. Encourage participation in extracurricular music activities, such as school performances, concerts, and music clubs. Collaborate with colleagues in the department and across the school to enhance the music curriculum and promote a wider appreciation for the arts. Contribute to the ongoing development of the school's music resources and teaching strategies. Requirements: A valid Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check. UK teaching experience in music or a related subject. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. A genuine passion for music and the ability to inspire and engage students. Strong communication and organizational skills.
