 
        
        We're looking for a proactive and adaptable HR & Operations Assistant to join a leading law firm on a temporary basis for a minimum of 3 months and likelihood of extension. This is a hands‑on role supporting both the HR and office operations teams, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys variety in their day. This role will be based 3‑4 days in the office and paying a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Support day‑to‑day HR and operational tasks
 * Liaise with new joiners and coordinate induction schedules
 * Assist with onboarding and conflict checks
 * Draft contracts and offer letters
 * Communicate with contractors and building management
 * Help maintain smooth office operations and respond to ad hoc requests
What We're Looking For:
 * Strong admin skills and attention to detail
 * Confident communicator who enjoys working with people
 * Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and happy to get stuck in
 * Previous HR experience within the legal sector
