Currie & Brown Italy is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Due Diligence for its headquarters in Treviso. The role involves managing all aspects of due diligence and real estate valuations across various asset types. The Project Manager will coordinate property documentation collection, review, and assessment to support strategic investment decisions, requiring strong project management, communication, and analytical skills. The position reports to the unit’s Associate.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, project management, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years managing medium-sized projects, preferably in luxury and hospitality sectors.
* Experience with permitting processes and local jurisdiction interactions.
* Knowledge of construction and administrative regulations at national and local levels.
* Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills (internal and external).
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Teamwork aptitude, reliability, and flexibility.

Activities:

* Oversee due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions, ensuring comprehensive analysis.
* Review and evaluate property management documents such as lease agreements, condition reports, ownership documents, and environmental assessments.
* Identify and assess legal, environmental, and operational risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
* Maintain adherence to deadlines and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
* Serve as the primary contact with clients and external consultants (surveyors, environmental engineers, appraisers, etc.).
* Prepare detailed due diligence reports covering technical, administrative, ESG, and environmental aspects, in collaboration with internal departments for legal and Capex planning.
