About the Role
We're on a mission to deliver the fastest, most reliable full-fibre broadband experience in the UK and we're looking for a creative, data-driven storyteller to bring that mission to life online.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced content professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll shape Trooli's voice across multiple platforms, creating engaging campaigns that build awareness, strengthen our community, and position Trooli as the broadband provider of choice.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver a multi-channel content strategy aligned to Trooli's goals and campaigns.
* Partner with our Social Media Manager to manage a rolling 3-month calendar across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
* Produce engaging content that reflects our brand pillars of speed, reliability, value, and community.
* Write blogs, craft copy for paid campaigns, and produce image and video assets tailored to each channel.
* Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Sales teams to create content that supports commercial objectives.
* Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and monitor competitor activity.
* Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, proposing innovative campaign ideas.
* Manage third-party agencies and suppliers where required.
Experience Required
* Proven experience leading social media and content strategy in a fast-paced B2C environment.
* Strong design and video editing skills (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).
* Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
* Data-led mindset with the ability to use insights to inform creative decisions.
* Collaborative, proactive approach and experience working in a remote team environment.
* Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery.
* Strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
Desirable:
* Experience in broadband, telecoms, or utilities.
* Knowledge of SEO and content optimisation.
* Understanding of consumer buying behaviour.
* Flexible, start-up mentality with a drive to innovate.
