Used Car Administrator / Delivery Coordinator
* Required in Swadlincote
* Basic: £21,600
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a busy used car supermarket and brokerage at their Head Office in Swadlincote. We are looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to support the sales and delivery process. This role would suit someone with dealership sales administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers.

What you’ll be doing:
* Following up with clients and customers to confirm vehicle handover details
* Scheduling and coordinating vehicle deliveries
* Processing and chasing invoices, arranging payments, and updating records
* Supporting the sales and logistics team to ensure a smooth customer journey
* Handling general administrative duties to keep everything running efficiently
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in dealership sales administration (ideal)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Confidence in chasing payments and handling invoices
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with attention to detail
