Junior Digital Marketing Manager (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with agency partners to plan and execute omnichannel media campaigns, ensuring alignment with global media guidelines and effective audience targeting across the full funnel.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital KPIs beyond ROAS, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders.
* Take a proactive approach in identifying high‑performing content, briefing agencies and content creators, and driving engaging organic and paid social media execution.
* Continuously improve the customer journey by translating insights into optimizations across digital touchpoints, including D2C product pages and landing pages to enhance conversion and engagement.
* Work cross‑functionally with local, regional, and global teams to share best practices and contribute to positioning the market as a benchmark in digital marketing execution.
* Lead Social Media platforms management as well as SEO and Influencers strategies.
* Be part of the omnichannel team to align marketing & sales digital investments at E‑commerce partners.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 2 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management, preferably from the FMCG or consumer sector.
* Good user of social media & marketing software.
* Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns.
* Proven experience in both organic and paid media, including social media management and digital advertising platforms, with the ability to understand campaign setup, performance drivers, and optimization levers across channels.
