About the role of Contract Manager:
Exciting Contract Manager opportunity across Oxfordshire and into Berkshire for a leading residential developer/contractor. Overseeing multiple housing schemes concurrently, ranging from 50 to 250+ units. Managing a team of multiple Project and Senior Site Managers to complete projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.
Our client has 10 sites live currently, both private and H/A sites. Mainly low rise trad build houses/flats between 2-5 bedrooms, however a couple will have RC frame elements. This Contract Manager role would oversee 4 live sites, with 2 in planning. Reporting straight into the Regional Director.
Responsibilities for Contract Managers
* Manage a team of around to 4 Senior Managers.
* Helping to implement new procedures
* Overseeing multiple sites.
* Liaising with clients
Requirements for Contract Manager:
* Worked on multiple residential schemes.
* Taken projects from planning to handover.
* Good Man Management skills.
