Responsibilities
* Creative Execution and Design Craft:
o Support the delivery of high-quality design work across a range of formats and channels
o Work from briefs and guidance to produce clear, well-crafted design outputs
o Develop layouts, assets and visuals with attention to detail and consistency
o Learn how to take work from initial idea through to final delivery
o Apply feedback thoughtfully to improve your work and build confidence
* Collaboration and Team Contribution:
o Work closely with senior and mid-weight designers on specific tasks and projects
o Collaborate with writers, marketers and other partners as part of the wider team
o Contribute to creative reviews by sharing references, ideas and questions
o Be open, communicative and supportive in how you work with others
* Brand Application and Visual Consistency:
o Apply Starlings visual identity accurately and consistently across touchpoints
o Learn how our brand system works and how to use it effectively
o Support high standards in layout, typography, imagery and colour
o Help ensure work aligns with our brand principles and goals
* Creative Thinking and Development:
o Research trends, references and inspiration to feed into projects
o Bring fresh perspectives, enthusiasm and curiosity into the studio
o Actively seek feedback and use it to grow your skills
Requirements
* 0-2 years of design experience, or a strong portfolio from education or early roles
* A portfolio that shows creativity and attention to detail
* An understanding of basic design principles across brand and visual design
* Familiarity with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
* A willingness to learn, ask questions and take on feedback
* A collaborative, positive mindset and pride in your work
