Job Title: Passenger Assistant

Salary: Grade 2 Scale Point 4 (£14 per hour including holiday pay)
Reports to: Headteacher
The Ladder School is recruiting a Passenger Assistant to start from September. This casual position involves transporting students to and from placements.
Hours of work will vary, but regular days are approximately 8:45am – 10:15am and 1:30pm – 3pm.
Duties Will Include
* Working with the driver to ensure student safety at all times
* Completing safety checks on the vehicle
* Counting students onto and off the mini bus at each journey's start and end
* Safeguarding students and reporting concerns
