Part time 30 hours per week, over 7 days, including Saturdays and Sundays
Salary: £20,475.61 pro rata (FTE £25,253.25), with progression up to £21,051.10 pro rata (FTE £25,963.02)

We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our team in the Great Baddow shop. You will work in a creative environment, maximizing sales and net contribution from donated goods.
You will make a real difference to young people in England by helping to raise vital funds for our frontline work. You should be driven, focused on generating income, and possess good communication skills to engage with the local community and build support for the shop.
As a Shop Manager, you will oversee 2 part-time Assistant Shop Managers and a diverse team of volunteers. You need excellent people skills and confidence in working with individuals from different backgrounds, creating a welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and supporters.
