A leading professional services consultancy, renowned for its cutting-edge enterprise transformation work, is seeking an Oracle HCM Manager to join their Powered Apps team. They employ a world-class accelerated business transformation approach-leveraging pre-configured back-office best practices and a six-layer operating model-to deliver rapid ROI and seamless cloud deployments.
As Oracle HCM Manager, you will: Develop end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions, blending industry standards with product capabilities.
Lead delivery of workstreams, managing offshore teams through configuration, testing and go-live phases of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations.
Facilitate client workshops and steer meetings with HR and IT stakeholders to drive requirements and change.
Oversee design, configuration and testing of HCM modules, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.
Build strong client relationships, identifying future opportunities and extending the scope of services.
The ideal candidate will have: Experience implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM Cloud platform in a functional consultant role.
A solid track record of advising on HR business process changes and delivering end-to-end workstreams.
Proven ability to lead offshore teams and negotiate scope adjustments to maintain commercial viability.
Consultancy experience, including support for pre-sales and business development activities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Skills we'd love to see: Experience with additional Oracle HCM packages such as Benefits, Workforce Modelling or Work Life.
