The role involves leading a team of Finance Business Partners, supporting budget holders, and ensuring financial integrity through robust reporting, donor compliance, and strategic planning. It requires a qualified finance professional with strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of navigating complex financial environments both in the UK and internationally.
What you'll need to succeed
Recognised Finance Qualification: Hold a CCAB/CIMA qualification with evidence of ongoing professional development.
Senior Leadership Experience: Proven track record in managing finance functions at a senior level across diverse income streams and cost centres.
Strategic Financial Oversight: Ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across UK and international operations.
