We are seeking a Team Supervisor with assembly/packing experience, to join our clients well established company, where you will be working within a small family feel team, based in Newbury, Berkshire. A great sense of humour and the ability to lead by example in a hands on assembly/packing role is required. Responsibilities Assemble products according to detailed customer specifications Conduct quality checks on assembled items to ensure they meet required standards. Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. Inventory management - report issues or discrepancies in materials or assembly processes to the management team Meet daily order deadlines/SLAs Ad hoc duties as required within the assembly/packing team Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse or production assembly environment is required. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team. Good communication and motivational skills, with the ability to lead by example to ensure all orders go out on time and are always to a high standard. This is a permanent, full time position, working Monday to Friday 8.00 - 4.30 with 1 hour lunch. Occasional overtime will also be available upon prior agreement.
