The business is backed by long-term institutional capital and is actively expanding its portfolio across utility-scale solar PV, onshore wind, battery energy storage and hybrid renewable energy projects.

As part of this growth, the business is looking to appoint an M&A Manager to support the origination, assessment and execution of investment opportunities across European renewable energy markets

This is a highly visible position within the investment team, working closely with senior management, development, technical, legal, finance and external advisory teams. They will be commercially minded, technically curious and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where investment decisions require both strong financial analysis and practical judge
