This role operates on a hybrid working arrangement that will require 1 days travel into our Coventry head office per month.
This may fluctuate in line with business requirements.

About our Department:
The Quality Administrator will sit within our Quality and Registry team is the Universities administration hub for our students.
It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking and assessment.
The team are also responsible for processing all results and grades for the student's and produce all certificates that are awarded at the graduation ceremony.

About the Role:
To deliver a high-quality casework service for academic appeals and Stage 3 complaints, ensuring that all cases are handled in strict accordance with the University's policies, procedures, and relevant external regulatory requirements, while consistently maintaining exceptional service standards for students and stakeholders.

About You:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Casework Advisor with the following experience:
Essential requirements:
* Honours degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience
* Proven track record of extensive relevant work experience in a similar or related role(s).
* Resilience to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
* Experience of minute taking and providing secretarial support to formal committee or panels and meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
* Experience of handling and investigating complex queries.
Desirable requirements:
* Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment.
* Knowledge of quality assurance processes in an educational context.
* Experience of working/responding independently and dealing with unforeseen problems and circumstances and using own initiative.
