Role: Sales EngineerLocation: RemoteSalary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experienceOur client is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer with experience in industrial pumps across multiple industries. This role combines technical sales, lead generation, and supporting marketing/social media activity to help grow a strong pipeline of new business.Responsibilities include:Identify and win new business opportunities across sectorsManage enquiries and convert them into salesBuild relationships with contractors, facilities managers, and engineersConduct site visits and recommend appropriate pump solutionsPrepare quotes and follow up on leadsIdentify new routes to market and lead generation opportunitiesManage and grow profiles on platforms such as LinkedIn and FacebookRespond to enquiries and messagesSkills and experience:Proven experience working with industrial pumps (essential)Exposure to multiple sectors (e.g. water, wastewater, construction, manufacturing, facilities management, HVAC)Background in technical sales / sales engineeringStrong understanding of B2B sales and lead generationComfortable using social media for business purposesBasic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, etc.)Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyFull UK driving licenceWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
