Are you looking for a new opportunity to contribute to improving children's and young people's lives while actively supporting our teams and managers?Pebbles Care has a unique opportunity for a Cluster Registered Manager to provide support across a cluster of teams in our beautiful child care homes.Your role and responsibilities as Cluster Registered ManagerThis role will be best suited to an experienced Registered Manager who enjoys mentoring others and takes a considerate and progressive approach to leadership.By adopting our therapeutic parenting ethos, you can foster a warm and nurturing family environment for our young people.You will oversee all aspects of running the homes with the support of experienced care professionals, HR, property maintenance, our Psychology team, and referrals experts. You will promote the development of a high-quality, stimulating, and educationally rich environment in which children and young people can thrive.What we offer youA salary between £44,100 to £49,613 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience, qualifications, and training.Your hours of work are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
