Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our Pre-Construction team. This is a junior-level role ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in the construction or technical project space. You’ll play a key role in supporting the transition of projects from sales to delivery, managing document flow, coordinating meetings and checklists, and assisting with project setup and reporting. This is not a design or architectural role — but it would suit someone who enjoys working in a technical environment, with opportunities to learn and grow. Key Responsibilities Support the pre-construction team with the administration of project handovers Organise and maintain documentation such as technical submissions, quality plans, and procurement trackers Coordinate project files and approvals with internal stakeholders (Sales, Technical, Procurement, Delivery teams) Attend handover meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items Help manage key documents such as drawings, programmes, schedules, and compliance files Track submission deadlines and ensure timely responses to client and internal requirements Assist in preparing reports and client documentation packs Maintain document version control and filing systems Skills & Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, document control, or project support role Exposure to construction, architecture, design, or engineering sectors is a plus (but not required) Highly organised with great attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and file management systems Eagerness to learn and grow in a project-based technical team What We Offer Full training and support to grow your career in project coordination Work closely with experienced technical and delivery professionals Clear progression pathway into technical support or project roles A fast-paced, collaborative environment on high-profile London projects Office-based role with a close-knit, supportive team If you’re eager to build a rewarding career in construction support and thrive in a role where your organisation and coordination make a real impact — we’d love to hear from you.
