Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Ambassador & Creator Partnerships Manager. The position involves identifying and managing relationships with brand ambassadors and content creators. Responsibilities include overseeing collaboration terms, analyzing partnership performance, and ensuring alignment with Charava®’s brand objectives. The role also includes researching new influencer opportunities, strategizing campaigns, negotiating contracts, and effectively communicating with partners to foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
* Experience with influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or ambassador programs
* Proficiency in digital marketing, campaign strategy, and social media trends
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
* Ability to analyze metrics, report on performance, and draw strategic insights
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
* Proficient in tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and social media analytics platforms
* Previous experience working with D2C or wellness brands is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
