The Role You will be supporting students across either primary, secondary, or both phases depending on your experience. The role will involve working closely with class teachers and SEN staff to support learning, behaviour and emotional development. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting students in class on a 1:1 and small group basis • Assisting pupils with SEND, including ASD and speech and language needs • Managing and supporting challenging behaviour • Helping to create a positive, structured learning environment • Supporting students’ academic and social development The Ideal Candidate We are looking for candidates who have: • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in both primary and/or secondary settings • Strong experience supporting SEND students • Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour confidently • A calm, resilient and proactive approach • Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience across both key phases is highly desirable due to the all-through nature of the school.
