About the role Reporting to the Head of Health and Safety and the Head of FM, you will play a key role in the effective and timely delivery of landlord health, safety, and compliance in terms of contractor management, the permit delivery system and the daily management of CAFM and compliance platforms actions. Contractor Management You will be responsible for monitoring contractor records and ensure that mitigating actions are taken to prevent any of their records from falling out of compliance. Permit Delivery You will be responsible for approving, rejecting, and cancelling permits to work for the estate (with the assistance of the FM team). You will also be carrying out spot checks on permit holders to ensure that they are complying within their agreed permit arrangements and reporting any non-compliances. CAFM and Compliance Platforms You will be responsible for day-to-day management of the CAFM (Computer aided facilities management) and the Compliance platforms. You will be creating, updating, and closing actions raised against health, safety, and sustainability reports/ visits. You will be monitoring the system to ensure full compliance for the estate. About you Our Systems Co-Ordinator must have a strong customer focus with experience of updating databases accurately as well as compiling information and interrogating systems for information. With pro-active problem-solving skills, you will have highly developed organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise your own and others workload. Youll need to be IT literate, be able to influence others and have excellent communication skills. A minimum of 2 years working within a Health and Safety and/or FM industry is essential. An IOSH/ NEBOSH is highly desirable. Experience of health, safety and compliance platforms is essential. Experience of Permit delivery is desirable but not essential.
