QED Legal is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded regional law firm seeking experienced Commercial Property Solicitors to join its expanding Real Estate team.
With opportunities available at Senior Associate level and above, this is an excellent opportunity for ambitious lawyers looking to take the next step in their careers within a well-established and growing practice.
The successful candidate will join a respected Commercial Property team acting for a diverse client base across a broad range of sectors. The team advises on high-quality transactional work and maintains longstanding relationships with regional, national, and investor clients.
This role offers exposure to a varied caseload while providing genuine opportunities to contribute to business development, client relationship management, and the continued growth of the department.
The firm is particularly interested in speaking with commercially minded lawyers who enjoy building client relationships and want to play an influential role within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
* Managing a broad range of commercial property matters
* Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities
* Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm
* Contributing to the strategic growth and success of the department
* Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor with significant Commercial Property experience
* Strong technical expertise and commercial awareness
* Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the growth of a successful team
* Interest in business development and profile raising activities
