We are delighted to be supporting a respected public‑sector organisation in the recruitment of a Building Maintenance Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of maintenance and compliance projects across a varied and significant property portfolio. In this busy role, you will take responsibility for the end‑to‑end management of building maintenance schemes-from initial scoping and feasibility through to procurement of contractor supervision and successful handover. Work can vary from Reactive to planned maintenance and the buildings will cover Schools, office buildings, and some listed buildings and other public sector buildings. In this role you will, Deliver building maintenance projects from inception to completion Manage contracts and project costs effectively, including valuations, financial reporting and agreement of final accounts. Contribute to feasibility assessments and support the development of wider capital and maintenance programmes. Maintain rigorous health and safety standards, ensuring robust risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place. Monitor project progress using internal works management systems and report performance against KPIs.
