Responsibilities
* Oversee the smooth running of our busy breakfast service, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome, great food, and a seamless experience.
* Support and motivate the front-of-house team, maintain high standards of presentation, and work closely with the kitchen and management teams to create a positive and memorable start to the day for all guests.
* Ensure the breakfast team meets set criteria, confirming that all employees consistently achieve product and hospitality service standards.
* Empower the team to handle guest feedback and take action to exceed expectations.
* Run the daily operation, covering different aspects of the business.
* Ensure that company and legal standards for cleanliness and health and safety are maintained within all food and beverage areas.
* Supervise, encourage and develop the food and beverage team.

* Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or team-lead role
* A positive, hands-on leader who inspires others
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A passion for delivering great guest experiences
* Reliability, initiative, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and peak periods
