Document Controller – Construction Enfield, North London Tier One Main Contractor | Site-Based Ridgeway & Co are recruiting an experienced Document Controller to support a busy construction site in Enfield. This role will take ownership of the document control process, ensuring accurate document management and information flow between site teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain project documentation using Procore • Control and distribute construction drawings, RFIs and technical submissions • Maintain strict version control and document registers • Coordinate document workflows between site teams, consultants and subcontractors • Ensure compliance with document control procedures, QA standards and audits • Maintain structured electronic filing systems and EDMS records • Manage transmittals, trackers and approval workflows • Support site teams and provide guidance on Foresight and document processes • Assist with handover documentation and O&M manuals Requirements • Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction or civil engineering • Strong working knowledge of Procore, Foresight or similar EDMS systems • Experience managing drawings, RFIs and technical documentation • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple document workflows in a fast-paced site environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
