Requirements:
6. Experience working with students with SEN, either in a school or care setting
7. Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support student’s progress
8. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and parents
9. Responsibilities:
10. Provide personalised support to a student with SEN, both in and out of the classroom
11. Assist in implementing individualised learning plans designed by the SEN coordinator
12. Foster a positive and supportive relationship with the student, promoting their social and emotional development
13. Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the students education
