The Role
As Customs Manager, you will:
1. Lead and develop a progressive team of Customs specialists.
2. Oversee import/exportpliance and advise onernment guideline changes.
3. Ensure best-in-class Customs Clearance tools, software, and practices.
4. Drive training, induction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Implement IT solutions and interpret data to enhance service delivery.
6. Shape the future of our Customs offering across the UK, EU, and beyond.
What We’re Looking For
7. Proven experience in Customs management.
8. Strong knowledge of Customs Clearance laws and regulations.
9. Leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and customer service.
10. Ability to manageplex processes and deliver under pressure.
