Payroll Administrator
Between £27,000- £30,000 per annum
Location: Northampton Head Office NN4 5EZ
Days/Hours: Full time Monday to Friday

Key Responsibility Areas
Processing payroll
4. Responsible for processing the monthly payroll for Specific Areas of the business.
5. Processing Starters / Leavers and other monthly staff changes.
6. Process SMP / SSP / SPP / ShPP / SAP as required
7. Administer Auto enrolment including Pension Assessments / Sending Pension correspondence & ensuring payments and submissions are made within the required time.
8. RTI Submissions
9. Liaise with Practice Managers & staff for payroll related queries
10. Preparing reports / journals for the Accounts Team
11. Year End submissions / producing and emailing P60’s
12. Emailing staff payslips
13. Recording all the company absences / monitoring company sick pay schemes
14. Processing Court Orders
15. Administer the Rewards and benefits system
16. Childcare Vouchers
17. Other Ad hoc Duties
18. Helping the Dentist Pay Administrator as required.
Skills Qualifications and Knowledge Required
19. Payroll administration experience
20. Experience of working with payroll systems
21. Sage 50 desirable not essential
22. Microsoft Excel basic knowledge
23. Attention to detail
24. Someone who is very process driven
25. Ability to be able to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
