Location: Hybrid – opportunity to work from home with travel to services as required

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Lead to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support and enhance the quality of care across our services, ensuring compliance, driving best practice, and helping us maintain our strong reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor, evaluate, and report on service quality across multiple settings
*
Support services to maintain compliance with CQC standards and internal policies
*
Conduct audits and develop action plans for improvement
*
Provide guidance, training, and support to service managers and teams
*
Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
*
Champion a culture of continuous learning and high-quality care
*
Collaborate with the leadership team to support strategic quality initiatives
About You
*
Experience in a quality, compliance, or audit role within social care
*
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice in learning disability services
*
Excellent communication and coaching skills
*
Confident in analysing data and producing clear, actionable reports
*
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload
*
Passionate about person-centred, high-quality care
