Responsibilities
This role will coordinate workforce development, safeguarding training and key information systems across Carmarthenshire schools.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead the delivery of the schools’ CPD programme.
* Ensure safeguarding compliance.
* Support effective communication and data systems.
* Oversee budget and operational management, including Neuadd y Gwendraeth.
Qualifications
* A relevant business management qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience of financial and system management.
* Strong ICT, reporting and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of schools, safeguarding and data protection.
Welsh language skills required: Level 4 spoken/written.
