The Role
As a Customer Sales Executive, you’ll support customers throughout their buying journey – from first enquiry to post-sale follow-up. You’ll be expected to deliver outstanding service, advise customers on the most suitable parts and products, and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Advising customers on appropriate parts and products
Providing professional support via phone, email, and CRM systems
Managing quotes, backorders, and inventory coordination
Recording accurate customer data in the CRM system
Continuously developing product knowledge to support sales performance
About You
Previous experience in customer service is essential
A genuine interest in classic cars is highly desirable
Experience in the motor trade or hands-on automotive knowledge is beneficial
Confident using CRM platforms and standard office software
Aligned with the company’s values of professionalism, passion, and progress
Knowledge of a second language – particularly German – is a plus
