Job Description
As a Graduate Property Surveyor, you'll assist in managing a varied portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties. Your responsibilities will include preparing service charge budgets, conducting property inspections, liaising with tenants and contractors, and supporting lease and asset management activities. You'll work closely with senior surveyors and the senior management team while progressing toward RICS chartership through the APC pathway.
The Successful Applicant
You'll have a degree in Real Estate, Land and Property Management, or a similar commercial property related discipline, along with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a keen interest in the property market. You'll be organised, analytical, and confident in client-facing roles. A full UK driving licence is desirable.
