Role Overview
Fieldcare Supervisors with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our community service teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Field Support Supervisors to join us in leading our supported living service(s) in Hull. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
Responsibilities
* Managing a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
* Developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
* Conducting care needs assessments.
* Inducting new colleagues and completing supervisions/appraisals.
* Completing medication competencies and medication audits.
* Attending multi-disciplinary meetings and completing reports.
* Assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of our services.
* Visiting services and spending time with the people we support to maintain perspective.
* Participating in the on-call rota (subject to change depending on service needs).
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a care management role.
* Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
