Responsibilities
* Require the skill set and vision to support, guide and develop a well‑resourced, friendly Business studies department
* Deliver creative, effective, and challenging Business curriculum, keeping up to date with developments in Business Studies Education
* Track pupil progress
* As the Head of Business studies, you must promote the school ethos and values
* To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through data, observation and review of learning through books and schemes of learning.
* Attend all relevant departmental/leadership meetings
