General Foreman – Pipeline / Heavy Civils Southampton We’re looking an experienced General Foremen to support delivery of a major pipeline scheme. This is a long-term opportunity on a live infrastructure project, with works running through to early 2027. This role will suit individuals who are hands-on, visible on site and comfortable leading from the front across multiple work fronts. The Role You’ll be responsible for day-to-day site operations across enabling works and pipeline construction. This is a site-based role where you’ll be expected to take control of daily activities, ensure works are delivered safely and to spec, and keep teams aligned with the programme.
