Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Contract) | £350 - £400 per day (Outside IR35) | x4 Days per Week - Coventry
Here at Burns Sheehan, we’re supporting a growing, technology-led ecommerce business with a strong sustainability focus, looking to bring in a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer on an initial 3-month contract.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope, working across a modern Microsoft environment while supporting business-critical systems and delivering key infrastructure projects.
The Role:
* Provide support across 1st - 3rd line, resolving infrastructure and end-user issues
* Administer and maintain Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
* Support Hyper-V virtualised environments
* Deliver infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations and improvements
* Monitor system performance, ensuring stability, availability and security
* Support end-user hardware including laptops, desktops and mobile devices
* Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Maintain clear technical documentation
