Psychological Therapist
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £35,000 - £39,000 per annum
Location: Full time office based

Are you a compassionate and creative psychological therapist (Art; Play; Drama; Counselling etc) with a passion for supporting vulnerable children and young people?
We\'re looking for someone like you to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team, delivering high-quality clinical care within our services.
What will you be doing?
* Provide individual therapy sessions tailored to the needs of our young people.
* Offer consultancy and support to staff teams across care and education settings.
* Contribute to multi-agency working to support holistic care planning.
* Conduct clinical assessments, develop formulations, and create intervention plans.
* Build strong working relationships internally and with external partners.
* Play a vital role in the integration of clinical, educational, and care services.
* Engage in continuous professional development and receive regular supervision.
What We’re Looking For
You will need:
* HCPC registration or accreditation with BACP; BAPT; BAAT; BPS or a recognised equivalent.
* A Master’s-level qualification
* Experience working within the Looked After Children/CAMHS system.
* A strong understanding of attachment theory and complex trauma.
* Experience working with children with autism and learning disabilities.
* Confidence in working systemically with carers, educators, and other professionals.
* The ability to deliver impactful training, consultancy, and therapeutic interventions.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.

This role is based at our Head Office in Cruckton, Shrewsbury but may involve some travel to our other sites.
