Are you looking to join a successful and nurturing primary school as a Lunchtime Playworker?

Your opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about children and can encourage and initiate games at playtime. The successful candidate will relate in a friendly but firm manner with all children in the playground and during the lunchtime meal period.

What we are looking for

You will ensure children obtain their lunch and supervise the areas for children's eating and play in breaktimes. Successful candidates will be responsible for supporting children in their play and eating. Candidates will ideally have experience of working with children and feel that they are approachable and can be patient, resilient and flexible with the demands of breaktime and the children's needs. The working hours will be 12pm - 1:15pm Monday - Friday

With further training you will be expected to support your team and the children for any first aid requirements.

About Cuddington Croft

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Cuddington Croft, our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Danetree Primary School and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

The Details

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £22,918.66 FTE

Actual Salary: £3,335.28

Hours: Monday – Friday 12pm – 1.15pm, 6.25hrs per week (38 weeks per year)

Closing Date: Monday 13th October

Interview Date: Thursday 16th October
