Mechanical / Equipment Engineer to lead the way at their western Indiana facility
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, driving safety, compliance, and mechanical reliability. Your engineering expertise will directly influence process safety and plant performance, while giving you a platform to tackle impactful projects and lead critical improvements in EHS systems.

???? What You’ll Tackle:
* Ensure compliance with OSHA, ASME, NFPA, PSM, and EPA RMP regulations
* Manage and execute capital projects ranging from $50K–$1M+
* Lead Dust Hazard Analysis (DHA) and Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) efforts
* Provide technical leadership on PSM, pressure vessel integrity, tank repairs, and RAGAGEP interpretation
* Support MOC and Pre-Start-Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) to strengthen plant readiness and performance
* Deliver site training and participate in audits, investigations, and safety system reviews
* Foster a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
???? What You Bring:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical )
* Background in chemical process safety or combustible dust environments
* Experience within a Corn Wet Milling facility or similar background
* Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (OSHA, NFPA, ASME, PSM, EPA RMP)
* Hands-on experience with engineering compliance, audits, and safety improvements
* Excellent communication and project leadership skills
