IT Technician
Lord Derby Academy, located on Seel Road, Huyton, Merseyside (postcode L36 6DG), is seeking an IT Technician to join the Dean Trust's network IT Support Team. The successful candidate will provide helpdesk support across multiple users and sites, working as part of an existing team of IT specialists. The role requires the ability to work independently and under pressure, and good interpersonal skills. The Dean Trust values traditional education, excellent discipline, and respect, and we proudly achieved an Ofsted rating of Good in June 2023.

Salary
£28,598.00 – £33,699.00 (Salary Band F – G, Point 12 – 22)
Working Hours
Full Time (52 weeks) including periods of school closure. Starts as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Provide helpdesk support to users across multiple geographically distributed sites.
* Work as part of an existing team of IT specialists and support the Dean Trust’s network.
* Work independently and under pressure.
* Effective interpersonal communication skills.
* Experience in a helpdesk environment.
