Overview of what you will be doing
We are looking for a Senior Piping Engineer to join our multi-discipline engineering team in Falkirk. You will play a key role in the technical delivery of piping systems, from design and specification through to construction support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and specification of piping systems, including material selection, routing, and layouts.
* Produce and check piping calculations, specifications, and datasheets.
* Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineers and designers.
* Interface with mechanical, process, civil, and construction teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
* Support project reviews, HAZOPs, constructability reviews, and client meetings.
What you will bring to Engenda
* HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
* Significant experience in piping engineering within industrial or process environments.
* Strong knowledge of piping codes, standards, and specifications.
* Ability to manage priorities and deliver to programme deadlines.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
