Under the general guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, this role is responsible for leading all Food & Beverage operations with energy, motivation, and commitment to deliver outstanding experience-led service with excellent financial results.

To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
* Three to five years of Food & Beverage operational experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
* Knowledge of budgets, P&Ls, and financial responsibilities relevant to the role.
* Proven success in achieving payroll, F&B margins, and P&L targets through effective planning and management.
* Understanding of legal requirements related to Licensing, Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health & Safety.
* Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy challenges.
* Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships.
* Previous leadership experience in team development and management.
* Familiarity with licensing regulations in London.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Flexibility in working hours.
