About the role...

We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to take a leading role within our client services team. You’ll act as a senior strategic partner to our key clients - delivering exceptional service, nurturing trusted relationships, and inspiring the team to create award-winning work.

What you’ll be doing...

• Account leadership - Lead and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact and trusted advisor.

• Strategy - Oversee the development and delivery of integrated campaigns and digital projects, with branding experience a plus.

• Team management - Mentor and motivate our talented account management team, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and professional growth.

• Commercial growth - Drive account profitability, forecast revenue, and identify new opportunities across our client portfolio.

• Project delivery - Work closely with our creative, digital, and production teams to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget.

• New business - Support with pitches and proposals, contributing to the continued growth and reputation of the agency.

What you’ll bring...

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior client services role

• Proven success within a full-service or integrated agency environment

• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex briefs into clear creative direction

• Excellent client relationship and communication skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships

• Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, forecasting, and growth planning

• Inspiring leadership skills with the ability to empower and elevate a team
