With the initial job title of Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will be fully trained in all aspects of recruitment by one of the senior members of the company and our Learning and Development team. During your time in this role, you will be working with your manager and tasked with finding suitable candidates for open job vacancies. This will involve significant time speaking with candidate on the telephone to discuss roles with them and assess their suitability. Your primary role is to undertake the profitable delivery of full 360 recruitment services, whilst providing an excellent service to both candidates and clients. Every day you will Proactively headhunt and engage with potential candidates through various social media platforms and professional networks Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using the internal database system Prepare and format CVs and candidate correspondence for submission to clients, ensuring alignment with role requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, managing logistics and communication Provide timely updates to candidates regarding interview outcomes and gather feedback to support continuous improvement Identify and generate new business leads to expand client portfolio and recruitment opportunities What's in it for you?
