Position Details
* Location: Stoke on Trent - Hybrid working, typically 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
* Department: Work Winning team, supporting both Estimating and Supply Chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Preparing and collating pricing enquiry packs for suppliers.
2. Liaising with the Estimating team to review bids and coordinate administrative approaches.
3. Communicating with customers and suppliers to issue enquiry packs and gather quotations.
4. Managing documentation, including uploading and tracking responses.
5. Preparing handover files for operational teams.
6. Assisting in developing the supply chain across operational regions.
About You
Experience in a busy administrative or coordination role, with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Full training will be provided for those new to construction refurbishment sector.
