At Cambian, our vision is to inspire and develop lives—not just of those in our care, but their families and communities too. As a leading provider, we ensure our support is consistent, reliable, and of the highest quality at all times.
We are currently welcoming applications from enthusiastic candidates to join our team in Shropshire.
In this role, you will join an experienced and supportive team within a beautiful, fully equipped setting. Our shared goal is to enable each child and young person in our care to achieve their personal best.
We take pride in our responsible and committed individuals who constantly strive for the highest standards and outcomes for the children, young people, and each other.
Our commitment to new starters is to provide top-tier inductions, training, and ongoing support and development through our dedicated Learning & Development Team.
We ask that applicants demonstrate our shared values: integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, person-centeredness, and enthusiasm. These values are more important than previous work experience or positions held, as they underpin our decisions and actions to achieve the best outcomes for all involved.
