Veterinary Surgeon - Independent Practice - South West London

The Role
Flexible full-time or part-time opportunity
Ideally 4 days per week 1 in 3 Saturday mornings No out-of-hours (OOH)
Work within a modern, well-equipped practice including on-site CT
Manage a varied small animal GP caseload with a strong focus on diagnostics
Opportunity to shape your role around surgery, medicine, or imaging interests
Play a key role in supporting practice growth and team development
About You
You’ll be a qualified MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for delivering high standards of clinical care.
Confident in GP surgery and routine procedures or Solid GP foundations with a desire to grow Comfortable managing a broad caseload independently
Opportunity to support and mentor less experienced colleagues if at desired level
Enthusiastic about learning and case work-up
Strong focus on client care and relationship building
Interest in detailed diagnostics and case continuity
