As a Supply Teacher, you will step into different classrooms to deliver engaging lessons, maintain high standards of behaviour, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects and year groups.
* Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and student needs.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
* Maintain a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Provide feedback to permanent staff regarding student progress and any notable concerns.
Job Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Previous teaching or classroom experience is highly desirable.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Ability to engage and inspire students across a range of subjects.
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Have anupdated CV(covering thelast ten years barring any unexplained gaps) andan enhanced DBSregistered to theUpdate Service(or be willing to apply for one).
