Applications Support Analyst ( Jira, SQL, Windows)
We’re looking for a Applications Support Analyst to join a fast-growing healthcare technology team making a real impact. With software already used across the majority of UK hospitals and international expansion underway, this is a chance to build your career while helping transform how healthcare data improves patient outcomes.
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on applications technical support to customers, helping them resolve issues, customise applications, and get the most out of the platform. You’ll handle incoming support calls, manage tickets in Jira, troubleshoot with SQL, Windows and databases, and work closely with developers to keep systems running smoothly. You’ll also deliver training for new users and test updates before they’re rolled out.
We’re looking for someone with at least two years’ experience in second-line support, and strong knowledge of SQL, Windows, and application support. Excellent communication skills are essential, as much of the role involves phone-based support.
